General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, July 3, reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will need urgent medical attention while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is frantic at GH.

Plus, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also get a visit from someone while she’s behind bars, so here’s what fans can expect.

At the PCPD, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will warn Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) that going off script could mean more trouble for her as well as Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).

Danny will end up defending Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) innocence in the interrogation room, so more drama is on the way for the teens.

Charlotte will also turn to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) for assistance at some point, so that should lead to the whole ugly story coming out – including the part about Carly hiding Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in her attic not too long ago.

At some point, Lulu will find out that Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) has been posing as his twin brother, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), so she’ll reel as she realizes she was romantically involved with a fraud.

Lulu will guess the real proof is her, so she may think the fact that Cassius fell for her is evidence that he was never Nathan to begin with.

The real Nathan would’ve been all about Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and their reunion.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will fill Lulu in on the Cassius development and console her once she’s feeling overwhelmed.

Meanwhile, Britt will be back in Port Charles following her extradition from Tortola.

Once Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) makes it off Spoon Island, she’ll pay Britt a visit in lockup and confront her over all her deception.

Liesl will have a big problem with all the secrets Britt kept, especially the ones about Cassius, and will call her daughter out for shady motives.

Next, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will blow up at Dante for having Britt arrested, but Dante will claim he’s trying to protect her.

As Rocco grills his dad, Dante may insist he thought it’d be safer if Britt were locked up instead of somewhere she could be targeted.

Following all the chaos on Spoon Island and the arrival of apparent WSB leader “Z” (John Oliver), Josslyn will be rushed to GH.

Carly will make it to the hospital as well, as she panics over the news of Josslyn’s shooting.

It’ll lead to Carly asking Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) why they won’t let her see Josslyn, but he may push her to just be patient.

Josslyn will be in good hands, but Carly will fume over her daughter’s injuries and will end up clashing with “Z” soon enough.

Of course, “Z” will be impressed by Josslyn taking Cullum down, even in her wounded state.
