The week of July 6 promises to change General Hospital forever as shocking confrontations, heartbreaking goodbyes, and long-buried secrets collide in explosive fashion.
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 6-10 indicate that the show’s gearing up for some departure drama along with some chaotic moments and some hidden truths that’ll be revealed.
For starters, fans will see the aftermath of a major Spoon Island confrontation, which seems poised to lead to Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) fatal exit.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be relieved once Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is finally out of this captivity nightmare, but she’ll also want her out of the WSB entirely.
That’ll lead to Carly arguing with Z, who’ll presumably be played by John Oliver.
As much as Carly would like Josslyn to live a normal life again, Z will be amazed over Josslyn’s skills and will want to take her WSB career to the next level.
Of course, Carly will also seek news on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and what the future holds for him.
Speaking of Valentin, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will find out he was living under Carly’s roof for months.
Carly and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) will face major backlash for keeping that a secret.
Lulu will also find out that Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) has been posing as “Nathan West,” so she’ll no doubt feel violated as she thinks back on having fake Nathan in her bed.
Cassius’ departure is on the way, so that’ll bring some tough moments for James West (Gary James Fuller) as well.
It looks like Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) may be the one to explain the twin swap and break James’ heart in the process.
Next, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will comfort Lulu over fake Nathan and help her navigate the anger they’re going to face from Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), who’ll be livid with them both over Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) arrest.
As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), they have a faceoff coming up that’ll involve danger for ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).
However, Justine could get the upper hand and help Sonny depending on how things play out.
Meanwhile, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will get ready for her upcoming book launch party, but she’ll have questions about the growing bond between Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
GH viewers should also see the pieces start falling into place for Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) imminent comeback.
As all the Cullum chaos winds down, it’ll set the stage for Jason’s upcoming return and plenty of excitement.
